These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of Evoxa's products and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Evoxa provides productivity tools that may transcribe and analyze audio, organize reminders, synchronize connected calendars, and analyze connected Gmail accounts in read-only mode to identify pending replies, urgent matters, follow-ups, and important updates. Based on your preferences, the Service may deliver summaries, reminders, and alerts through Evoxa, WhatsApp, or Telegram.

Some features use third-party infrastructure, transcription, artificial intelligence, calendar, and messaging providers. Available features and limits may vary by plan, location, channel, and configuration.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal authority to accept these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

3. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• You may connect only accounts you own or accounts you are validly authorized to connect. You are responsible for maintaining that authorization.

3.1 Connected Google services

• Google Sign-In, Google Calendar, and Gmail are separate connections. Authorizing one does not automatically authorize the others.
• Mailbox Intelligence requests read-only access to Gmail. Evoxa cannot send, modify, or delete email through this feature.
• You can disconnect an integration through Evoxa or revoke its permissions through your provider. The processing and deletion of related data are described in the Privacy Notice.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service to violate the law or third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with, or disrupt the Service.
• Do not upload unlawful, malicious, or infringing content.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process it in order to deliver the Service, including through approved subprocessors (e.g., transcription or AI providers).

6. Subprocessors & Third Parties

We may use third parties for functions such as authentication, calendars, connected email, transcription, storage, artificial intelligence, messaging, or analytics. These providers process data for operational purposes under our instructions and applicable safeguards.

Features that depend on APIs or platforms operated by Google, Meta, Telegram, or other providers may experience interruptions, limits, or changes outside Evoxa's reasonable control. We may adapt, suspend, or discontinue an integration when necessary to maintain security, meet provider requirements, or protect Service continuity.

7. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice.

8. Intellectual Property

Evoxa and its logos are trademarks and the property of their respective owners. You do not obtain rights over the software beyond what is necessary to use the Service.

9. Plans, Payments & Limits

Certain plans may require payment and are subject to usage limits. Applicable charges, taxes, and fees are shown before purchase. We reserve the right to adjust pricing and limits with reasonable prior notice.

10. Warranties & Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
• AI-generated transcriptions, classifications, summaries, priorities, and next steps may be incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect. You must verify information against the original audio, event, email, or other source before acting.
• Evoxa alerts are not a substitute for legal, financial, tax, medical, or security advice and must not be the sole basis for sensitive decisions, payments, deadlines, or urgent responses.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data/business.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms or for security/abuse risks. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. We will publish the current version and indicate the date of last modification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of changes.
